Tribute to Bill Sanders

Hello and thank you for accessing my site. This page is a tribute to a man who was a dear friend of mine and he recently lost his battle with lung cancer on 05/29/05. Bill was a great man who loved his family and friends, and he enjoyed life. He loved computers and his Ham Radio.He also loved animals. One of the last things he did was he took in a stray cat named Belle, he wanted to try to find her a home. With the help of Beth from SARL Belle got a great home and that made Bill very happy. Those of us who knew Bill knew he was a smart man who was a big advocate of education. He ran a BBS called "The School Board" for a few years back in the 1990's. It was a great BBS where you could find a lot of educational files and get help with just about anything! Bill was a great guy and will be sorely missed by all who knew him. One thing he always said to me in emails right up until the end is that he didn't want to be forgotten, he asked that I remember him and think of him often. I want him to know that there is not a day that goes by that I do not think of him. In life they say if you can count even one true friend you have then you have accomplished something. I guess then I have accomplished something because Bill was a true friend.
